Computer Desk with HutchAny JS Series Computer Desk can be ordered as a hutch shelves desk. These shelves are 10 inches deep by the width of the desk you order. Essentially the same as our sitting computer desks, our computer desk with hutch option has tall rear legs that allow for fitting of high mounted bookshelves. Hutch shelves allow increased storage capacity without increasing required floor space. Hutch shelves are fully height adjustable. The first shelf is generally placed just above your monitor. The second shelf is placed according the height of the items you will be placing on the shelves. In addition, you can order a standard sitting type Nomic Station and add the hutch shelves later. The desk at the right was, in fact, originally a sitting desk and the hutch shelves bolted on. Note the 2 piece rear legs. If you order your new Nomic Station with the hutch shelf option, the rear legs are made from a single piece of wood. JS Series desks feature 100% solid hard wood construction. Northern red oak is our default and most popular wood species, however almost any wood can be specified. Modular design allows configuration for any application, and retrofit of most extra cost options. In addition to these extra cost options, we are now offering options that lower the cost of the desk. Everything on our desk is adjustable. It will fit any size user or type of office equipment. If you have questions about where your equipment will fit, contact the factory for a consultation. If you have the room, get the 44" Desk, it is our best ergonomic workstation. If you have a lot of equipment, consider the 54" Desk. Most of our 34" Desks go to people in apartments, or for use as a "companion" to a larger desk. We now offer 2 styles of Hutch Shelf Computer Desk, the "Old Style" and the "New Style":

| Any commercially available oil based stain can be applied under the clear varnish top coat. The First Coat of stain adds 10% to total of Desk and Options. Additional coats of stain add 5% each. The number of Coats of stain required will depend on the darkness or intensity of stain desired. Contact Factory for more information. |
