How to order

By Phone: Telephone orders accepted for all orders.

By Mail: If you order by Mail and pay by check or money order, you must include shipping charges. Contact us for the amount of these charges.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we have not produced a printed catalog. We do have a highly descriptive 1 page color flyer with a high resolution photograph of our desk which we will be pleased to send you. We can also furnish a sample of wood, so that you may inspect our finish.

There is no way to look at an ergonomic product, like the 'Nomic Station desk, and tell whether or not it will work for you. Try one out for a few days. We think you will be pleasantly surprised. But if not, you can return it for a full refund. See "Our Unconditional Guarantee" below.

Our prices are in US Dollars. We accept American Express Visa, Master Card and Discover  credit cards, checks and money orders. Please make out checks to "Wood Craft of Michigan". Checks must have customers name, street address and phone # imprinted on the front of the check for immediate processing. Returned checks subject to a $35.00 fee. All orders subject to address verification and Credit approval. There are no minimum order charges. Michigan customers must add 6% sales tax.

Shipping

All orders are F.O.B the Factory. We ship the least expensive way, usually by UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be included in your order total at the time it is placed. If you are placing your order by mail, and paying by check, make sure you contact us for shipping charges before you mail your order. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii can be shipped non-priority air freight or for less money, Parcel Post.

We "build to order". When your order is placed, we will give you an estimated shipping date. If there are delays we will notify you.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can return them for a full refund, credit or replacement. Please contact us before you return anything for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). There is no restocking charge provided the product(s) are returned to us within 90 days of shipment, and in the original packaging. Once we have received the items, we will issue a check or credit for the full amount of the original order.

Notify the carrier immediately, and contact us. Make sure you keep damaged goods for inspection or return.

Desks shipped to Canada generally go UPS Ground, prepaid. When your desk arrives, you will have to pay the customs brokerage fee ( about $35.00  Cdn ) plus VAT and Sales Tax.

Other countries: Call for a freight quote.

We do not sell or otherwise disclose your name to other merchants. If you would like to be taken off our mailing list, please contact us by phone or Mail.

All items we manufacture are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of up to one year from date of shipment. Products that have received non-factory repairs, have been altered, modified or abused, are not covered under this warrantee. If repairs are required, we will, at our discretion, provide the customer with repair parts, or accept return of the product. Wood Craft of Michigan assumes no liability for damage or injury caused by misuse. Loss or damages are limited to a refund of the purchase price only.
